Khedi Hotel by Ginza Project is located in one of the oldest districts of Tbilisi, Avlabari, not far from the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi and the Bridge of Peace. The hotel deserves its name (ხედი means view) as its rooms have a panoramic view of the roofs of the Old Town and modern blocks, the embankment of Zviad Gamsakhurdia and the mountains surrounding the city.

The first block of this multifunctional facility features rooms in the restrained neoclassical style with bright colorful decorative elements. It represents modernistic Georgia through the eyes of the designer Niya Mgalovlishvili.

The second block decorated by the designer Evgeny Evdokimov from Odessa features warm paints, a two-hundred year tree and facture fabrics. The two moods, two approaches to the space praise the Georgian culture and workmanship combined with care of the guests’ comfort and home-like feeling.

The hotel features natural colors, plenty of greenery, furniture and textile materials by masters from all over Georgia. The interior of the hotel is a hymn to the Georgian craftsmen who carefully keep up and transfer from one generation to another the traditions and culture of their ancestry.

The modern and restrained general space of the new block and the green area of the second block under the transparent pyramid of the ceiling that accommodates a reception, a recreation and a lounge area are the main attractions for guests of the new design hotel. There is a bar in each lobby where you can enjoy aromatic morning coffee and get ready for a new day.

The hotel has a restaurant Khedi headed by the chef Izo Dzandzava, the first Georgian chef rated in the Michelin guide. The menu is based on the Georgian dishes the recipes of which have been transferred from one generation of Izo Dzandzava’s family to another, as well as on the author’s interpretation of the culinary traditions of Georgia.

Our guests can visit a fitness studio and spa. There is a conference hall for business meetings that accommodates 250 people.
